02 Our services
VMB Group offers browser-based software and online services delivered as SaaS: accessed through a standard web browser, with no physical goods shipped. Specific features, access periods, pricing and billing models for each product are described on the applicable product or checkout page.
03 Accounts and access
Access is granted after payment is confirmed, typically by email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for safeguarding any login credentials issued for digital access. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written permission.
04 Payment and billing
Prices, currency, payment frequency and any recurring billing terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; VMB Group does not store your full card details. Billing statements display the descriptor "VMB GROUP."
05 Subscriptions
Where a subscription is offered, renewal frequency and pricing are disclosed before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Customers may request cancellation at any time through the support channels listed on this website; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no cancellation fee.
06 Refunds and cancellation
Purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, as described in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Requests after this window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
07 License and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all software, content, branding and materials made available by VMB Group are owned by VMB Group or its licensors. Customers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Copying, reselling, redistributing, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works from our software requires our prior written permission.
08 Acceptable use
Customers may not misuse our services: sharing access credentials, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or republishing protected content, interfering with platform security, or using the services for any unlawful purpose. VMB Group may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
09 Service availability
We work to keep our SaaS products reliably available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect access; we aim to resolve these as quickly as possible.
10 Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, VMB Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11 Privacy, cookies & tracking
VMB Group processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and, where enabled, remarketing.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our products, applicable laws, or operational requirements change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
